Rachel Gabriel encourages creative expression through the power of storytelling and the complex beauty of the human voice. She is a teaching artist at The Loft Literary Center, and her work has been honored with The Loft’s Excellence in Teaching Fellowship (2014), and The Loft’s Mentor Series Winner in Creative Nonfiction (2004). A recent graduate of Hamline University’s MFA program, Rachel also holds degrees in English, French, and Art and Design, and is a trained vocalist. Her manuscript, SOUVENIRS DE PARIS: A MEMOIR
, is awaiting a publisher, and in the meantime she is at work on a novel. She lives in Minneapolis with her family.
