Ann received her Art degree from Winona State University. She apprenticed for two years with Iowa Potter Jim Russell. She followed that with eight years of pottery with Lynette Power in Winona. Ann moved to Grand Marais in 2007. She is currently one of a small group that is known in the area as “The Art Colony Potters”. She’s had her work at the Johnson Heritage Post and Betsy Bowen’s Art Underground. You can find her pottery for sale at the farmers market during the summer in downtown Grand Marais.
